Plans are available to private domestic residential properties in mainland UK. Your ASHP must be fully installed and operational at the plan start date, with no known pre-existing faults. Commercial or business-use properties are not eligible.
No. Replacement parts, materials and system upgrades are not included and will be chargeable separately. Plans cover labour and service visits as described in each tier. They are not insurance policies.
Plans run for a minimum of 12 months. Paying monthly does not create a rolling monthly contract — you commit to the full plan period. Plans auto-renew unless you tell us otherwise, and we'll notify you in advance of any changes.
